  Grave decorations and flowers are removed and trashed. I placed a bronze cross in the vase and attached it to the flower arrangement with zip ties. It was in the vase and secured on top of the grave stone. This adornment was removed and many others were also. The trash can and the dumpster were full of beautiful baskets, flowers, solar ornaments, etc.
  When I followed the caretaker to his garage and questioned him he insisted it was standard procedure due to mowing safety standards. He also mentioned a previous incident where a mower was injured by running over a sheppards hook, etc. He had a couple of large sheppards hooks, wreaths, and spring flower arrangements in the garage that he claimed to be holding in case someone missed them???
